‘Winnie Chu we are proud of you!’ Written on 28th May 2025

At DHP, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of talent in the building design industry. We provide our graduates with hands-on experience, counsellorship, APC support, and exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle—making DHP an ideal launchpad for a rewarding and dynamic career.

We are especially proud of our graduate, Winnie Chu, who joined us in July 2024 as a Graduate Building Surveyor. Since then, she has gained invaluable experience across a wide range of projects, from refurbishments—including fire door upgrades, asbestos removals, and window replacements—to detailed surveying tasks such as damp inspections and condition reports. She is also currently working toward her APC assessments under the mentorship of Ben Hearsum.

Winnie’s growth and dedication recently culminated in the successful delivery of her first solo project at St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School—an exciting milestone in her professional journey.
