Circa 24,000 students from over 150 countries currently benefit from the internationally renowned experience of more than one hundred years' of teaching and learning.
DHP were commissioned to design and deliver City University's new student services centre. Our brief was to provide a contemporary, welcoming and informal setting of open plan and cellular office space for students and staff, befitting the status of the University, and the value they place on student welfare.
The new student centre at Northampton Square brings together a comprehensive range of support activities, making them easily accessible to the students. The Learning Success team is also located in the Student Centre and provides a range of specialist services aimed at enhancing the learning experience of students across the University. The Student Centre employs a team of dedicated advisers, and is the first point of contact for information about the following areas: housing, financial support, international student support, payment of fees, student appeals and complaints and student adviser services.
