Since being founded in 1980 the Practice has grown organically meeting the changing needs of the market place, we now operate as an interdisciplinary building design consultancy. Our teams provide our clients with a team of subject matter experts in their sectors as well as in their specialist professional disciplines. Each of our divisions are governed by one of our Partners to ensure quality processes and procedures are initiated at the highest level.
Andrew Page MRICS – BSc
Andy joined the company in 1986 becoming a partner in 1991. Andy is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Member of RICS. He leads our commercial sector project team and is responsible for the development of long term partnerships with some of the UK’s largest commercial organisations. Andy’s current client base includes key clients such as Procter and Gamble, The Royal Automobile Club, Canon and Abbott Laboratories. As the Managing Partner Andy holds overall responsibility for the strategic development of the company.
Matthew Sane leng – ACIBSE
Matt joined dhp in 1999 and has over 30 years’ experience within MEP design. Matt was appointed as a partner in 2001 and is jointly responsible for our MEP Team and educational team. He is also responsible for the relationship management of many of our long standing clients, including Kingston Smith and many local authorities. Matt is a subject matter expert and skilled engineer in mechanical and electrical engineering design, sustainable engineering, renewable technology and design software systems. His experience covers all sectors, including commercial, education, historic and heritage buildings.
Andrew Etherington MRICS – BSc (Hons)
Andrew joined dhp in 1997 and was appointed as a partner in 2007. Andrew leads our education team, developing and maintaining our 36 year relationship with the Diocese of Westminster. Andrew has been fundamental in growing the educational team and is the responsible partner for the strategic relationships with a number of diocese and local authorities. Andrew has extensive experience in the design and project management of new build, refurbishment and extension projects within the education sector.
Lee Mason EngTech – LCIBSE
Lee joined dhp as a Mechanical Engineer in 2004 and has extensive experience in mechanical design, specification and project management. Lee was appointed a partner in 2017 and is responsible for the MEP team. Lee is responsible for business development within a complete range of sectors and as such is responsible for the relationship management of many of our large clients, including Searchfield Homes, Woldingham School and Ascot Racecourse.
Jennifer MelisMRICS – BSc (Hons)
Jen joined dhp in 2005 and leads a team of surveyors and project managers responsible for the delivery of projects to our education clients. Promoted to partner in 2018, Jen is an educational specialist and is thus instrumental in driving dhp’s excellence in the education sector. Jen has been responsible for some of our most innovative school redevelopment projects and has successfully led some of our largest educational redevelopments, refurbishments and new builds. Jen is fundamental in the development of our work with diocese and local authorities.
