| Description: |
The works comprised
complete external refurbishment works including full replacement of all
external cladding with aluminium framed double glazed units. Works
included the complete replacement of all internal suspended ceilings and
lighting, modification to the mechanical ventilation plant and conversion
of the existing defective flat roof into a new insulated composite panel
pitched roof. The works were undertaken in two phases whilst the building
was occupied, minimizing disruption to college facilities. |
