Description:	Construction of a new Parcels Distribution Centre on the former 125 acre British Aerospace Airfield at Hatfield. The warehouse has an overall length of nearly a quarter of a mile, handling 200,000 parcels each night and will be the largest single development of its kind in the UK. The site area is 17.7 acres, with the warehouse encompassing 185,000 sq ft. It has 160n loading bays and houses one of the most sophisticated parcel sorting systems in Europe.
